Locomotives
Locomotives are very large and take an enormous amount of crank power to get going each time. Continuous stopping and starting of the locomotives throughout their journeys has historically presented challenges, due to the fact that traditional battery technology is unable to deliver the required output, resulting in locomotives being stranded, causing delays and financial impacts to operators. Until now, the only alternative has been costly and time consuming external jump start applications.
Enviro Cell has been proven to resolve these issues by delivering significant crank power to the locomotive allowing it to start multiple times off a single charge, negating the need to rely on external jump starts.
